
Bootcamp- Is an intense and high cardio class. Don't let that scare you though!! We work every muscle group in the body in an hour class. However, you can be at any level of fitness to participate. You decide how much you want to challenge yourself.
Cardio Crazy- Who said cardio couldn't have weights involved? Come get a crazy total body workout that burns mega calories.
Kardio Kick- A hour non-stop class focusing on punches, kicks, and kickboxing moves. Equipment may be used at instructor's discretion. Gloves and wrist wraps are not provided.
Latin Pump- Will have you working up a sweat. You will learn sizzling hot Latin dance moves mixed with a fun and energizing aerobic workout.
Medicine Ball Madness- This class uses a medicine ball to improve both cardiovascular and muscle fitness. Through interval, flexibility, vestibular (balance), and plyometrics training, your fitness in every area imaginable will improve using one of the world's oldest toys...a ball. This high intensity impact class is a guaranteed 30 minutes of fun. Prepare to sweat during this calorie burning class.
Poise- Is an hour long class with a mixture of Yoga and Pilates. It focuses on standing strength, balance, strengthening core (abdominal and back), and flexibility. This is a non-impact that creates long, lean muscles. All you need is a yoga mat (which is provided) and a clear mind. You will feel refreshed and invigorated by the end of the class!!!
Step-Is a moderate to high intensity 50 minute beginner's step class to improve cardiovascular fitness. Exercises of all levels are welcome, even the novice stepper! All classes will begin with a 5-10 minute warm-up on the floor and will end with a 5-10 minute cool-down incorporating Yoga and Pilates.
Super Abs- A twenty minute workout concentrating on abdominal and back muslces to get your mid-section looking beach ready. A balance ball may be used for some exercises.
